Procedure
To start with the Principal (Employer) and the Eastland Network R.L. No. – 540 should execute an Employment Agreement between themselves stating fully and precisely the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of Manpower from Bangladesh. This agreement must be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms basing upon which the manpower trade it to be executed.

Power Of Attorney
The Principal will furnish to the Eastland Network R.L. No. – 540 with a power of Attorney duly authorizing it to carry on the supply of Bangladeshi Manpower, including meeting up all the necessary formalities as regards to Passport, Visas from respective Embassies, Medical check-up etc. which are relatively connected with the trade.

Demand Letters
The Principal will formally issue demand letter in favour of the Eastland Network R.L. No. – 540 in which should clearly be stated the job categories, number of workers required category-wise, monthly salaries, period of contract and other amenities for workers at site such as food, Medical Treatment and Accommodation which in most cases are provided Free of cost or alternatively allowance payable in liew thereof.

Visa Advice
The Visa advice also duly endorsed and attested as below should read the concerned Embassy original visa if single Country Bangladesh & if the visa advice includes of the other Countries then a Photo state copy of which should simultaneously reach the Eastland Network R.L. No. – 540 for his presentation to the concerned Embassy and doing the needful.

Letter Of Authority
The Principal will issue Letter of Authority in favour of the agent, addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in Bangladesh, intimating him that the Eastland Network R.L. No. – 540 is appointed as tier manpower Recruiting Agent who is fully authorized to deal with all visa matters, submission and delivery, with the said Embassy Mentioning the visa number and the date of issue etc. in the Letter.

All these documents must be duly attested by the Chamber of Commerce & Industry / Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the employer’s Country & Finally to be attested by the Bangladesh Embassy existing in the country of employment.
